Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations/reschedules made with in 72 hours require a $25 none refundable non transferable fee • Cancellation / reschedules made within 24 hours requires a 50% payment. This CAN be applied to your appointment if rebooked with in 5 days. • No call no show 50% none refundable non transferable fee • 2 or more no call no shows require prepayment IN FULL.
